48 Hour RETURN Policy (Approval Period)

GMPÒ Guitars takes into consideration that purchasing an instrument without having the opportunity to try it first can be difficult.  We offer a limited 48 hour approval period for instruments purchased via our internet GMPÒ Store only; which starts from the time your order is received. If for any reason you wish to return the item, you may do so within the approval period for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for the return freight charges. Please contact a member of our staff to notify us that you will be returning the item. Be sure to re-pack the item in the original shipping carton and insure the item for the original purchase price. We cannot be responsible for the merchandise from the time you receive it until it is safely returned to us.   This return policy is not intended to be a rental for weekend gigs or recording sessions; items that are returned with any damage or wear (i.e. scratches, belt-buckle rash, finish chips, dents or dings) will be subjected to a damage fee, which will be assessed once we have received it.  Items returned without the original GMPÒ manufacturer's shipping case, packaging and original content items will be subject to a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

If your item arrives with shipping damage, Please hold the item and retain all original packing materials and contact us immediately!  Please allow us the opportunity to help and resolve the matter prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or PayPal.  Please Do Not send the item back yourself unless instructed by GMPÒ Guitars, as this would only complicate the process.  If the item is deemed by GMPÒ Guitars to be damaged in shipping we will make a claim and arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately by the carrier; and you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. 

Note that the GMPÒ Guitars Limited Lifetime warranty is not transferrable. The warranty only applies to the possession of the original owner. (more information)
