Message from Dan:
 I
know it’s been a while since we have sent you an actual
newsletter… so here’s a quick update on what's been
happening here at GMP.
2012 started out with great success having a booth at
Winter NAMM… We were able to make many new friends as
well as catch up with some familiar faces. Kicking the
year off in high gear… the GMP Team has been working
diligently designing, programming, building, painting,
assembling, purchasing, marketing, e-mailing and
the list goes on and on…
I’ve been collaborating with “Spyder” Neil Giraldo (Pat Benatar), CC DeVille
(Poison), Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard), Jason Krause (Kid
Rock) and Wendy Jacobson (“The Fabulous Miss Wendy”)
just to name a few… we're in the process of
building some new guitars for their
upcoming Summer/Fall/Winter Tours… So keep an
eye out for them!
The Wood Shop has been working on the Bass programming
and we are getting ready to start a new run of GMP Basses;
Jerry Dixon (Warrant) is patiently waiting as
well as a few custom orders. Bill has also been working a
few new custom fingerboard inlay programs... with much success!
The new designs are in the "proto" stages and
look great!
In the DRL Graphics paint department (Glenn and myself)
have
designed some cool new finishes and custom graphics...

To say this year has been exciting is probably an
understatement… I’m enjoying the positive energy and
have a lot of enthusiasm for GMP’s future as well as the
overall music industry. We are also gearing up to attend
the 4-Amigo’s Guitar Show on July 21st-July
22nd at The Fairplex in Pomona ~ if you
are in
the area that weekend stop by and say "Hi".
